2011 Oregon Revised Statutes
"No compilation of the statute laws of Oregon not bearing [the Legislative Counsel's] certificate ... shall be admissible as evidence of the law in any court or proceeding." ORS 171.285 (2). The official edition of Oregon’s statutes, will be published and available for distribution in January 2012. As part of the ORS set subscription, you will also receive an even-year supplement of laws enacted during the February 2012 regular session and the Annotations 2012 Cumulative Supplement. 2010 Oregon Laws
Because the Acts of the 2010 special session are not incorporated into the 2009 Edition of Oregon Revised Statutes, you will need to use both the 2009 Edition and this 2010 special session law publication to determine the current state of the law. This publication contains all laws enacted during the 2010 special session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly. 2009 Oregon Laws
The hardbound set contains all laws enacted during the 2009 regular session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly and amendments to the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure by the Council on Court Procedures. The set includes all bills enacted during the February 2008 special session. 2010 Criminal Code of Oregon
